Cardi Bunch

The cardi bunch is a thistle and consists of prickly panicles that hide the cardi seeds inside the heads. The cardi plant, also known as safflower, is a type of thistle.

Cardi is a popular addition to the diet of parrots, parakeets and rodents.

The hand-tied cardi bunch are not only a tasty change in the diet, but also promote the activity and natural behaviour of birds and rodents, as they have to work the seeds out of the panicles themselves. A good buy.

A good sized bunch for the price & was securely packaged therefore undamaged. My Syrian hasn't shown much interest as yet but time will tell. I'm pleased with purchase.
