The grit with corals is a rich source of important trace elements. The mixture of oyster shells, red stones, stomach pebbles, corals and charcoal is designed to meet the mineral requirements of budgies and other parrot birds.

The stomach pebbles support the digestion of the grains in the parakeets' gizzards. Due to the contractions of the stomach walls, the pebbles grind the ingested seeds and seeds into a pulp. This enables the nutrients contained in the grit to be better absorbed and utilised by the bird.

Gute Körnung, gute Menge, sehr beliebt bei Wellensittichen

sehr empfehlenswert. Ich verstecke 'Grassamen Deluxe' in einem Schälchen unter diesem Grit. Das steht bei unseren Wellis morgens als erstes und beliebtestes auf dem Speiseplan.
