When selecting the leaves, we used native weeds that are known from herbal medicine and have a positive influence on the organism. These fine leaves are also found in meadows and fields and are thus part of the natural food supply of rabbits and large rodents. The hazelnut leaves used are very mild in taste and are eaten with pleasure.
Garden vegetables, such as carrots and cucumbers, have been added to the leaves in slices and cubes. The flowers of red clover, camomile and sunflowers round off the mixture and bring a touch of garden into the home enclosure.
