Multi-chamber house | 3 chambers
Hamsters and mice prefer a house with several chambers, as this is very close to their natural life in the wild. There they live in an underground burrow, which is divided into several areas: sleeping/living, food supply, toilet. With a multi-chamber house, the burrow is recreated and thus contributes to species-appropriate husbandry.
Thanks to the plug-in system, this multi-chamber house made of untreated wood does not require any nails, staples or glue. Its simple plug-in construction makes it easy to assemble. If necessary, for example for cleaning, it can be taken apart again just as quickly.
The corner house has a removable roof, which allows the nest to be checked without destroying it. Because of the flat roof, it is often used as an additional level and allows, for example, a water bowl to be placed without it becoming soiled with litter. The open floor also ensures easy cleaning.
