In the wild, hamsters adapt their feeding behaviour to their natural habitat. In summer, the food spectrum is more varied and in winter, the diet consists mainly of dried supplies that have been built up in summer. The basis of the natural diet is a mixture of cereals, small seeds, herbs and plant seeds. In addition, there are vegetative plant parts, such as leaves, flowers and (root) vegetables, as well as animal food consisting of insects, spiders and snails.
Hamsters living as pets can be fed a very varied and balanced diet all year round. With the composition of this main food mix for Syrian Golden Hamsters, the nutritional habits in nature are taken up and adapted to pet keeping.

Best mix for male Syrians!
My Syrians love this food, especially the dried courgette pieces. I love it because Mixerama food is pressure treated to ensure any invisible to the eye bug or moth eggs are dealt with! Also because the protein level is already quite good at 16.5% so not too much supplementing needed. Personally I would be cautious with red clover for pregnant female syrians - as it can have uterine effects that could cause miscarriage. But most people won't have pregnant females.
