PayPal: PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases in just a few clicks. Your advantage: simply order, pay, done. What's more, you pay without fees and without risk, because your bank and credit card details are stored securely.
Sofortüberweisung per Klarna (prepayment via mollie): After placing your order, you can use Sofortüberweisung as a direct transfer method. First select your country and then choose the bank that is to carry out the transfer. Simply enter the BIC, BLZ or the name of your bank.

Shipping information
Your ordered goods will be delivered to you by our logistics partner DHL goGreen.
1.1. shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany as well as to EU countries and Switzerland.
1.2. shipping costs (including value added tax)
Deliveries within Germany: We calculate the shipping costs up to 3 kg parcel weight with 5,59 € and up to 30 kg parcel weight with 7,59 €. The total weight is calculated automatically in the shop. If the total weight exceeds 30 kg, an additional parcel with corresponding postage will be charged. From an order value of 60,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Pick-ups at the shop in Falkensee (Das Futtersilo e. K., Nauener Straße 111, 14612 Falkensee, Germany) are also free of shipping costs. Please note shop opening times.
Vouchers are only sent by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.
Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad by parcel. A maximum of 20 kg can be shipped per parcel. We charge shipping costs again for each parcel started.

1.3. delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 5-7 days, to EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain within 1-2 weeks after conclusion of the contract(in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
1.4. price reduction/discounts
New customer discount: Registered new customers receive a voucher for 10% discount in our online shop. The discount code is automatically booked in the shopping cart. No cash payment possible and cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
Newsletter discount: After successful registration in our newsletter system, subscribers receive a voucher for 10 % discount, which can be redeemed in our online shop. The discount code is sent together with the newsletter registration confirmation. It is valid for an unlimited period of time and can be inserted once into the field "Enter voucher code..." for any order in the shopping basket. No cash payment possible and cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
