Sepia Calcium Stone with Clip

The cuttlefish calcium stone is the 2-in-1 package among cuttlefish bowls: the 40 g stone combines the minerals and trace elements of a cuttlefish bowl with extra calcium.

Calcium is important for a healthy bone structure and the formation of beautiful, strong feathers. During breeding and rearing, mother birds and their young birds also have an increased calcium requirement.

The pressed cuttlefish calcium stone is also used by parakeets and parrots for beak care. The delivery includes a clip for better attachment of the stone to the aviary grid.

Sepia geht bei Wellensittichen immer

Wellensittiche lieben Sepia. Die Clips sind ok, aber auch mit ihnen ist der Stein nicht gänzlich rutschfest. Wenn er 'wild' benagt wurde, rutscht er auch mal aus der Halterung heraus.
