Campbell dwarf hamsters spend a large part of their lives searching for food. They cover very long distances every day. In order to offer the dwarves similar opportunities in pet keeping, keepers should not only use aids such as a running wheel, tunnel and natural furnishings, but also species-appropriate food. The food can be offered in a bowl or distributed in the cage. The latter provides more activity, as the hamsters have to find their own food.
The Campbell Gourmet Menu is particularly suitable for Campbell dwarf hamsters kept in groups. The rich mixture also satisfies different tastes within a Campbell group. Supplement the main food regularly with fresh food.
