Gambia Special

Our Gambia Special is a needs-based feed for giant hamster rats.

The feed mix of fruit, vegetables, protein-rich seeds, nuts, protein and cereals provides a healthy basis for the species-appropriate nutrition of giant hamster rats. The high-quality ingredients make the feed something special. The mixture of cereals and oily seeds ensures a balanced supply of nutrients. Insects are also on the menu from time to time , which is why we have added silkworm pupae to the mixture.

The fruit varieties included are fruity and fresh. It contains everything a rat's heart desires: Apple, pineapple, mango, papaya, banana chips, carrot slices and coconut chips. The nuts round off the complete food for giant hamster rats and keep them occupied.

Composition
Apple, barley, sunflower seeds, oats, wheat, parsley, buckwheat, maize, pea flakes, broken carob, millet, cardi, carrot slices, banana chips, weed seeds, silkworm pupae, puffed wheat, peanuts in shell, coconut chips, pineapple, mango, papaya, ribwort plantain, oat flakes.

Analytical constituents
Crude ash 4.8 %, crude protein 15.6 %, crude fat 14.2 %, crude fibre 11.3 %.
This food is suitable for all types of giant hamster rats.

Feeding recommendation
Approx. 100 g - 120 g of food per day per animal (depending on size) when kept indoors with normal activity. Please always remember to provide fresh water daily.
